Summary:
The Baltic Climate Vulnerability Assessment Framework was put together within the project Baltic Challenges and Chances for local and regional development generated by Climate Change. The purpose of the framework is to guide and assist the Target Areas (TA) within the project in mapping and analysing the challenges and chances created by climate change.

This exercise aims at systematically ranking the challenges and chances of climate change for each Implementation case (e.g. Transport, Housing, Agriculture, and Energy) according to their importance and time.
