Peter has undergraduate studies in History and Politics and holds a Master of Arts from the University of Edinburgh. In spring 2009 he finished his MSc with the Stockholm Resilience Center focusing his research on adaptation to climate change within the water supply and waste water sector of the Stockholm Region.
